We do our best to provide you with the highest quality display product possible and will work to achieve your satisfaction. We are pleased to offer a 60-Day exchange/repair warranty on all of our display products which includes all aspects of the frame assembly and rope light components. Exchanges/Repairs may take up to 15 business days from the time it is sent to us to the time you receive it back from us. All products must be packed in the original packaging and fully insured.

Custom built products are not returnable or refundable.

Any product which has been modified by the customer beyond the original configuration as shipped is not returnable or refundable.

Custom cut lengths of rope-light are not returnable or refundable.
Damage
Products exhibiting any intentional or unintentional damage to the products frame or rope light, including damage caused by forced or improper mounting are not returnable or refundable.
60-Day Exchange/Repair Period
You must notify us within 60-days from the date of delivery, as provided by the UPS tracking number, preferably by e-mail for purposes of documentation, of any exchange/repair issues. Original shipping/freight charges are not refundable.
Restocking Fee
Our products are hand-made and typically made to order as well as being heavily dependent on seasonal demand. As such, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all products which are returned. This does not apply to product exchanges or repairs.
AS-IS
Products which are sold AS-IS are not returnable or refundable.
